I experienced the similar. Freeing some space (3,5 GB fre) and launching the optimization step few times did the trick.

@sepuka, the Utilities is made by Jolla and is available from the Store, you should install it. It's helpful if/when the copy/paste gets stuck, etc. And it doesn't brick your phone, it's a *light*...
